These tamari-roasted nuts and seeds are the perfect healthy snack they are really quick and easy to make, and are a delicious, nutritious alternative to shop bought savoury snacks, which are often loaded with unhealthy fats, salt, or additives.
Not only are they simple to make, but they’re also packed with protein and healthy fats to keep you feeling satisfied, plus magnesium, zinc, and vitamin E to support hormonal balance, skin health, and immunity.
Ingredients
50g mixed nuts/seeds (I used cashew nuts)
1 tbsp tamari or use soy sauce
Method
Preheat the oven to 200C.
Put the nuts in a baking tray, tip the Tamari or soy sauce over them and shake to coat.
Roast for around 5 mins, shaking the tray around 1/2 way through.
