Workshops offer an opportunity to learn about nutrition and healthy eating and can include simple food preparation as well as an opportunity to sample interesting recipes. They are designed for small groups and aim to deliver first class nutrition education in a way that is informal, informative and fun.
Each workshop is designed around a particular nutritional theme which may include topics such as Nutrition to Boost Immunity, Food for Fertilty, Clean eating for health, Improving digestive health, managing menopause, balancing hormones, food for fussy eaters, food for mood, eating for two (nutrition in pregnancy). Or you can let us know your specific requirements and a session can be tailored to address your particular needs.
