Want to look and feel great this summer? Take a new approach to healthy eating – boost your energy and vitality and feel better than you have in years. This 14 day meal plan is targeted to restore your energy levels, clear your skin, improve your digestion, improve your sleep, and enhance your mood. Designed by a nutritionist this programme is based on real unprocessed whole foods and the meals within this programme are both delicious and nutritionally balanced.
Brand new recipes including Overnight Oatmeal with Apple and Berries, Roasted Cauliflower and Chickpea Salad, Morrocan Vegetable Tagine, Roasted Salmon with roasted tomatoes and olives and Chicken Fajhitas.
Saturday 12th May – Friday 25th May
This programme includes:
1) An energise workshop before the programme starts that will fully explain the plan.
2) An optional opportunity to review your body composition analysis at both the start and end of the programme.
3) A health questionnaire to track your progress.
4) A two week flexible meal planner complete with delicious recipes
5) A exclusive closed facebook group where you can access expert nutritional advice, as well as share the experience with a support group of like minded individuals.

- Thursday 10th May, 8-9pm or Friday 11th May, 11.30-12.30pm – a choice of workshop dates where the programme will be explained.
- Thursday 24th May 8-9pm and Friday 25th May 1.30-2.30pm End of programme follow up workshop to review your progress and redo body composition.
