These bliss balls are super quick easy to make and are sweetened with dates – no refined sugars, as the name suggests they contain peanut butter which adds protein and good fats, as well as chia seeds which are a good source of fibre as well as a vegan source of omega 3 fats and protein. As the name suggests they are also help to satisfy those chocolate cravings….
200g pitted dates
150g crunch peanut butter
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp cocoa powder or raw cacao powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp cocoa powder or raw cacao powder for rolling
- Place the ingredients in your food processor and blend together
- Roll into balls (it helps to do this with wet hands!)
- Roll each ball in cocoa powder or raw cacao powder
- Refrigerate for at least an hour
- Eat and enjoy!
